RETURNS:
Tables are custom made to order. Orders canceled before being shipped will be charged a 4% restocking fee to cover minimal administration/production costs. If a shipment is refused upon delivery or a return is initiated within 7 days after delivery, there will be an additional 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns more than 7 days after delivery. We will not accept returns for used or damaged items. All products must be sent back in the original packaging. Requests for such should be pre-approved by Back Be Nimble prior to customer sending anything back.
SHIPPING:
tables are shipped via truck completely assembled to your curbside. They only weigh 130 lbs without water and carton; so very easy to bring inside. You will just need to add distilled water and lubricant, set your water temperature and your ready to go. An upcharge will be incurred for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii).

LEAD TIME:
Sidmar Hydro Massage tables have a very fast production time with all USA made parts. So, in spite of current supply chain issues, our hydro massage beds have a
current 2 to 4 DAY production time and 3-5 days transit time.
This is the fastest ship time for any chiropractic therapy table we are aware of.
