The Rolling Massage tables are built to order and due to the current environment of more COVID variant concerns, the part supply chains are slow. So, please allow 2-4 weeks production time and 3-5 days transit time. Credit card transactions will be processed at the time of your order, and parts necessary for production will be ordered. Order cancellations must occur prior to shipping and within 120 days of placing the order to avoid a 20% restocking fee. Deliveryis only guaranteed to curbside and may require customer assistance to help the driver. Customer may request optional, white glove inside delivery services at an additional charge of $300 to $400 at the time of order placement by requesting such in the comments field at checkout.
Chiropractic, Roller Massage, and Intersegmental Traction Tables are custom built to order and are not easily returnable. Exceptions may be made in special circumstances, depending on the situation and willingness of our supplier to accept the return. Please contact Back Be Nimble customer service and arrangements will be decided on a case by case basis. This will incur the cost of return shipping plus a restocking fee; to be substracted from your refund.
Product Notes
IMPORTANT NOTE: SETTING UP AND ACCEPTING YOUR TABLE DELIVERY
1st -- CALL THE SHIPPER.
When your Roller Massage Table is ready to ship, you will either receive a call from Sandy at the factory or an email from us letting you know that the table is shipping, and offering you contact info for the shipment carrier. In turn, you should then call the carrier terminal to set up a delivery appointment day.
2nd -- RECEIVING THE DELIVERY
Upon arrival of the freight carrier, DO NOT SIGN the delivery receipt until you check all around the box for damage and/or holes. If you see damage, please evaluate the table itself to see if there is any damage to the table. This will involve 1st removing the box from the wood pallette as follows:
SAFE AND EASY WAY TO REMOVE THE BOX Carefully cut the 2 straps that go around the box with a scissors. PLEASE DO NOT USE BOXCUTTERS OR KNIVES as some customers have cut the table while doing so. The box actually has no bottom, and is simply placed over the top of the table and strapped to the wood pallette. So, once the straps are cut, you may simply lift the box off of the table to examine for damage. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE CARTON OR PALLET UNTIL YOU ARE CERTAIN THERE IS NO DAMAGE TO THE TABLE.
